Artists Affair:
This fundraiser auction on January 23rd, 2006 was held at Kimberly's Gills and Grapes Restaurant in White Rock on Johnson Avenue. There were 70 people in attendance ( a full restaurant ). Through art sales with 50% of the proceeds going to the Cancer Society, we were able to raise over $12,000.00 for the Cancer Society benefiting Lukemia. Thank you to everyone who was able to attend. We will be making this an annual event!
Night Of Artists:
The Vancouver show was held on May 18th at the Roundhouse Community Centre in Yaletown. There were over 450 people in attendance to support Night of Artists and Kids up Front. Thank you to everyone who was able to come out to the show. Our 2007 show will come quicker than you think. 33rd Annual Mikelson's Festival of Arts:
July 15,16,22 and 23. It is located in White Rock at 16th Avenue and 136th Street. There are approximately 100 artists displaying their work in an outdoor setting on over 3 acres of wooded property. 20th Annual Garbage Painting Contest in Granville Island.
Sunday, September 24th, a group of 25 artists will be getting together to participate in the 20th annual garbage can painting contest. This will be a fun and action packed day. The artists ( me included ) will have from 11am to 3 pm to transform a metal garbage can into a work of art. The entries will be judged and then auctioned off with proceeds going to BC Children's Hospital starting at 330 pm.

Sunday November 5th at Kimber;ey's Gills and Grpaes Restaurant in Whiterock on Johnson Avenue. The 5 palates will be coming together once again for a night of art and fundraising for the Cancer Society. There will be a 5 course meal, live music and of course, the art! Tickets are $99.00 per person and seating is limited. Don't miss this... in our last event we sold out.
